National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Counter Insurgency Targeting Program (CITP)
VICTOR42 is a key team member on the Counter Insurgency Targeting Program (CITP) at the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), the only program specifically designed around providing counter insurgency targeting and analysis. VICTOR42 analysts are influential in helping to reduce the influx of weapons into Afghanistan, and illicit drugs out of Afghanistan, while reducing the flow of foreign fighters into and out of the CENTCOM AOR and EUCOM. VICTOR42 provides analysis and improvements to database management and network integration.
Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization (JIDO)
VICTOR42 provides split-based analytical support to deployed combat forces, with a focus on CONUS and forward elements positioned as requested by the CCMDs and directed by JIEDDO-COIC. VICTOR42 currently provides technical support and Attack-the-network (AtN) analysis on various COIC IT systems to the CJTF-OIR Commander and subordinate US Advise and Assist forces to the Iraqi Army.
