Mark is President and CEO of VICTOR42, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Mark has built a highly successful 30-year career that includes his positions as CEO/President, COO, and EVP in the private sector as well as Senior Consultant for government contracting corporations, Chief of Staff for the Office of Personnel Management, and Advisor in The White House during the Clinton Administration. He is an entrepreneurial executive with a year-over-year record of exceptional results for core organizational goals, including business and revenue growth, staff development, operations reengineering, and profitability.
Mark has enjoyed a productive career over the years but feels like he is just getting started and has great plans for VICTOR42. He is a trusted, knowledgeable, and dedicated executive leader who can take organizations to the next level of success—and keep them there for the foreseeable future. His experience, skills, and abilities are broad and transferable to any number of private, public, or non-profit organizations.
Dana “Bobby” Bouchér
VP, Business Development and Operations
Mr. Dana “Bobby” Bouchér is Vice President, Business Development and Operations for VICTOR42. Before joining VICTOR42 in 2009 (then NEK) Mr. Bouchér had experience in the U.S. Army, in corporate sales, and as an entrepreneur, positioning him well to meet the demands of our clients with enthusiasm, professionalism and agility.
As Program Manager and Senior Operations and Intelligence Integrator – Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization (JIDO formerly JIEDDO), Mr. Bouchér interfaced with combatant commands, FBI,CBP, DoJ, DHS, DoD, US State Department, NATO, and other government agencies (OGA) within the intelligence cycle and pursued relevant actions related to the contract clients.
Among others, Mr. Bouchér’s honors and awards include Team “WOLFSPOTTER” Department of Defense Intelligence Community Project excellence Award, United Kingdom Operation Herrick 12-15 Afghanistan Service Medal, Silver Medallion of the Order of Saint George and Kuwaiti Liberation Medal, King Fahad Saudi Arabia Service Medal.
Mr. Bouchér has a M.S. in Public Administration and Government Policy and a B.S. in Emergency Management and Public Safety both with honors from Grand Canyon University.
Greg Olson is Vice President, Finance for VICTOR42. Greg has worked in the Federal contracting arena for 16 years. He has held various leadership roles managing Finance and Accounting, Contracts Administration, and Proposal teams. In addition to these roles, Greg has also overseen successful Mentor/Protégé programs with small business teaming partners and has extensive Price-to-Win experience.
Prior to his career in Washington, Greg spent seven years in Japan where he managed a foreign exchange portfolio of over $30 million as part of the International Trade and Logistics Division of the multinational retailing conglomerate Ito-Yokado.
Greg has a B.A. in English Literature from Montana State University, graduating with distinction from the University Honors Program as a Presidential Scholar and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
